About JazzCash

JazzCash is the mobile-wallet arm of Mobilink Microfinance Bank, owned by VEON-group operator Jazz. It is the largest wallet in Pakistan by registered accounts and is regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan under the branchless-banking framework. The brand keeps three call-centre tracks separate: 4444 is for everyday wallet users, the long 021-111-124-444 UAN is for non-Jazz callers and bank-side queries, and 021-111-554-444 is the merchants line for retail QR payments. If a transaction fails, screenshots help. Note the TID shown after the failed payment, then call 4444 within 7 days. A successful chargeback usually lands back in your wallet inside 48-72 working hours. JazzCash representatives never ask for your 4-digit MPIN, OTP, full card number or biometric thumb on a call. Hang up on anyone who says the words "verification fee" or "refund release charges".

Complaint escalation ladder
