🇮🇳 India Customer Service Helpline Directory
Emergency: 112 · Regulator: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) — CMS portal
Finding the right customer care number in India can save hours of frustration when an instant loan app freezes your account, an EMI auto-debit fails, a recovery agent starts harassing your contacts, or a lender refuses to issue an NOC after full payment. This directory lists verified India customer service and helpline numbers for the digital lenders Indian borrowers actually search most — KreditBee, Moneyview, mPokket, IncRed, Pocketly, Kredito24 and LendingPlate — plus their official complaint email, grievance redressal officer, and RBI escalation path.
Every lender listed here is either an RBI-registered NBFC or partners with one. Under RBI's Digital Lending Guidelines (2022) and the Fair Practices Code, a regulated lender must publish the name and phone number of its Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO), respond to a written complaint within 30 days, and give you a clear escalation to the RBI Ombudsman if unresolved. Recovery agents cannot call before 8 AM or after 7 PM, cannot contact your family / colleagues, cannot use abusive language, and cannot threaten police or 'legal notice' without an actual court proceeding. If any of these lines are crossed you can — and should — file a complaint at cms.rbi.org.in and forward the recording to the lender's GRO.
Never pay any 'processing fee', 'GST unblock fee', 'credit-score correction fee' or 'CIBIL clearance fee' asked over WhatsApp or a random UPI ID. Real Indian lenders deduct fees only from the disbursed loan amount and never ask for OTPs, full card numbers, UPI PINs, or Aadhaar OTPs after disbursal. If a caller claims to be from a loan app and demands upfront money to 'release' or 'increase' your limit, hang up and report the number to Sanchar Saathi (sancharsaathi.gov.in) and cybercrime.gov.in. The brand hubs below list each lender's verified contact number, published grievance email, RBI-registered NBFC partner, and the exact wording to use when escalating a stuck loan, wrong CIBIL report, or agent-harassment complaint.

How we verify India helpline numbers
Every number on every brand page is pulled from the brand's own official contact page and the source URL is recorded next to it. We re-check sources weekly via automated scraping and mark each page with a "Last verified" date so you can see at a glance how fresh the information is. Locked entries (regulators, emergency services, major banks) are reviewed manually before any change is published. If you see an outdated number, use the feedback widget at the bottom of any brand page — we re-verify within 48 hours.
DrHint is an independent consumer-helpline directory and is not affiliated with the brands listed above. For life-threatening emergencies, dial 112.
